Return / Refund Policy

Avenger helmets so cal ltd provides novelty motorcycle helmets & accessories to the biker community.  Among the fine products offered are novelty motorcycle helmets.  While novelty motorcycle helmets may seem to afford some protection, be advised that this helmet IS NOT DOT approved for use on a motorcycle or other motorized vehicle, on or off the road, and is only to be used for novelty or display purposes.  It is not intended to be used as or considered to be safety equipment.  If you get into an accident and suffer an injury while wearing this helmet, or if you get a ticket for wearing a Non-DOT approved helmet, avengerHelmets so cal ltd. assumes no liability whatsoever.

We apologize for any mis-marked items or lost or incomplete orders caused by database, connectivity, programming,  typographical or clerical errors.  Avenger Socal .Co.ltd, reserves the right to correct them at our earliest convenience and further reserve the right to not to sell items at mis-marked prices.

Return Policy:
If not completely 100% satisfied with item please E-MAIL us through our website to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) for a full no questions asked refund, minus shipping, handling and a ten percent (10.0%) restocking fee. To receive your refund you must contact our office within 3 days of receipt of item. All items must be returned in original condition. Also, please be aware that items which have been sized or their tags removed are non-returnable.

Please note that if an (RMA) number was not obtained and its not on the front of the box clearly your returned shipment will be rejected. 

This agreement is governed by Thai law.
